  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities within the designated region.
  2. Maintain a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.
  3. Develop and implement facility maintenance plans and schedules.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
  5. Manage facility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  6. Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  8. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to support their facility needs and requirements.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations and expenses.
  12. Train and supervise facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, regarding facility operations and needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Setting

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Overseeing Large-Scale Facility Projects Or Renovations

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Sustainability Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Vendors, Contractors, And Internal Teams.
