Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Setting
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Overseeing Large-Scale Facility Projects Or Renovations
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Sustainability Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Vendors, Contractors, And Internal Teams.
