  1. Develop and implement a procurement strategy in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs to improve procurement processes and systems.
  3. Identify and drive efficiency and cost-saving opportunities within the procurement function.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of procurement initiatives.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of procurement transformation programs, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  6. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement, and incorporate them into the company's procurement strategy.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal business partners.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Effectively communicate the procurement strategy and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Procurement Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In A Senior Management Position. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices.

  • Project Management Skills: The Senior Program Manager Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large And Complex Procurement Transformation Projects. They Should Be Able To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Budgets And Timelines, And Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Change Management Expertise: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Change Within A Large Organization. They Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Change Management Methodologies And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Senior Program Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically. They Should Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement Within The Procurement Process And Develop Strategies To Drive Transformation And Achieve Business Goals.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Towards A Common Goal. They Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Be Able To Build Strong Relationships, And Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team.
