  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational and technical systems in order to improve overall business performance.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Manage and maintain all systems and tools used by the company, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  5. Lead and coordinate system upgrades and integrations to improve system functionality and user experience.
  6. Train and educate employees on system usage and best practices to ensure proper utilization and maximum efficiency.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of systems to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  8. Communicate updates and changes to systems and processes to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective support for all systems.
  11. Monitor and manage system performance and security to ensure data integrity and protection.
  12. Prepare and present reports on system performance and improvements to senior management.
  13. Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company-wide performance goals and strategies.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's mission and goals to ensure all systems and processes align with them.
  15. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance system functionality and improve business performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Performance And Systems In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management And Implementing New Systems Or Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Particularly In Regards To Safety And Environmental Standards.
