  1. Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with HR team to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  3. Utilize various HR systems to input, update, and maintain employee data.
  4. Monitor data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.
  6. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to HR team.
  7. Communicate and provide guidance to employees and managers on data entry processes and policies.
  8. Develop and maintain data management procedures and documentation.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in data management regulations.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee data.
  11. Collaborate with IT team to resolve any technical issues related to HR systems.
  12. Train and onboard new employees on HR systems and data management processes.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
  14. Continuously strive to improve data management processes and systems.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems and data management processes.
