- Oversee all aspects of payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all activities.
- Manage the local delivery of goods and services, including coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll and delivery operations and increase efficiency.
- Ensure all payroll activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on payroll and delivery operations.
- Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and local delivery operations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and local delivery operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to provide accurate data for financial reporting and analysis.
- Handle any escalations or issues related to payroll or local delivery in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll and delivery data and information.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners involved in payroll and local delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business operations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll and delivery activities.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll And/Or Local Delivery In A Large Multinational Company
In-Depth Knowledge Of Payroll Regulations And Local Tax Laws In Various Countries
