  1. Process and analyze vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  3. Monitor and maintain the accounts payable inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  5. Utilize accounting software to record and track payables data, including invoices, payments, and vendor information.
  6. Participate in the month-end close process, reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as a point of contact for any payment-related questions or concerns.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payables operations.
  9. Prepare various reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to payables and make recommendations for process changes as necessary.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent and accurate execution of payables processes.
  12. Adhere to internal controls and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for payables processes and provide support and guidance to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable Or A Similar Financial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Practices.

  • Proficient In Using Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail.
