  1. Develop and implement operational risk management strategies and processes to mitigate potential risks across the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals to ensure effective execution of risk management plans and initiatives.
  3. Identify and assess potential operational risks, including health and safety, environmental, financial, and reputational risks.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas of risk, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential areas of vulnerability.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
  8. Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in operational risk management and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the status of risk management initiatives and strategies.
  11. Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the risk management team.
  14. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote our commitment to responsible and sustainable energy solutions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Frameworks And Methodologies, Including Risk Assessment, Control Effectiveness Evaluation, And Incident Investigation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Change In A Complex And Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Senior Leadership And Influence Decision-Making.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Risk Manager (Crm) Or Certified Financial Risk Manager (Frm) Are Preferred.
