  1. Develop and optimize hydraulic fracture models for BP's operations, utilizing your technical expertise.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of hydraulic fracturing processes.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of data to ensure accuracy and validity of hydraulic fracture models.

  5. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers.
  6. Work in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, ensuring responsible and sustainable practices.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams to ensure successful implementation of hydraulic fracture models.
  8. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within the designated timeframe.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage best practices and technologies for hydraulic fracture modeling.
  10. Contribute to the overall success and growth of BP by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hydraulic Fracture Modeling, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Proficient In Fracture Modeling Software Such As Fracpro, Cmg, Or Fekete.

  • Strong Understanding Of Geomechanics, Reservoir Engineering, And Well Completion Design.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data To Optimize Fracture Designs.
