  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in multiple HR systems.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies related to employee data.
  3. Utilize advanced data entry skills to input and update employee information.
  4. Review and audit data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to gather and input relevant employee data.
  6. Prepare and generate reports on employee data as needed.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  8. Assist with data analysis and provide insights to improve HR processes.
  9. Stay updated on changes in regulations and company policies related to HR data.
  10. Train and support other HR team members on data input processes.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by ensuring accurate and timely data input.
  13. Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues related to HR data systems.
  14. Act as a point of contact for any employee data related inquiries.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Systems And Data Input Processes, Such As Sap, Workday, Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy Of Data.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Training A Team Of Data Input Specialists.
