  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to support the procurement goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Monitor and analyze global market trends to ensure competitive and cost-effective pricing for BP.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable pricing terms with suppliers.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with pricing agreements and contracts.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data and records for all procurement activities.
  6. Evaluate and assess potential suppliers based on their pricing models and capabilities.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better pricing and terms.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and pricing.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on pricing trends, cost savings, and procurement performance.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing processes and enhance efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while carrying out pricing activities.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on pricing strategies and best practices.
  14. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest developments in procurement and pricing.
  15. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Pricing Roles, Preferably In A Global Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Markets And Pricing Trends In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Financial Modeling, With Advanced Knowledge Of Excel And Other Analytical Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
