Job Description

As an Export Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the export processes and procedures for our products, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating international trade. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of export processes, including documentation, compliance, and shipping logistics.
  2. Ensure all export procedures are in compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate export of products.
  4. Communicate with external partners, such as freight forwarders and customs agents, to facilitate smooth and efficient export operations.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export activities and documentation.
  6. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
  7. Prepare and submit required export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  8. Evaluate and improve export processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment for export transactions.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to forecast and plan for future export needs.
  12. Handle any customer inquiries or concerns related to export activities.
  13. Assist in training and onboarding new team members on export processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive export information.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Export Administration, Preferably In The Energy Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Export Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Itar And Ear.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Working With Export Software And Databases.

Compensation
