  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote ethical practices and ensure compliance within the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in ethics and compliance processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical and compliant behaviors into all levels of the company.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of ethics and compliance initiatives.
  5. Create and deliver trainings and communications to educate employees on ethics and compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to ethics and compliance.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on ethical decision-making and compliance matters.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential ethical or compliance issues to relevant stakeholders and assist in developing solutions.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in ethics and compliance efforts.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve ethics and compliance processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ethics and compliance activities.
  12. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity throughout the organization.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to ethics and compliance.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to ethics and compliance as needed.
