  1. Develop and implement employee experience and excellence strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality and impactful employee programs and initiatives.
  3. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the employee experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of employee experience strategies.
  5. Act as a change agent to drive cultural transformation and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness and impact of employee experience programs.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for employee experience initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee experience to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  9. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities in employee experience and excellence.
  10. Communicate with employees at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve the employee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing A Team In The Field Of Lm (Land Management) Advisory Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Oil And Gas Industry, With Specific Knowledge And Expertise In Land Management Practices.
