As the Employee Experience Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the employee journey and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.   1. Develop and implement employee experience initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
  2. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture for all employees.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance the employee journey.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  5. Utilize data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of employee experience programs and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
  7. Plan and lead employee events, such as team building activities, to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee experience best practices.
  9. Identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact employee experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee experience and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying and implementing training opportunities for employees.
  12. Serve as a role model for BP's values and promote a strong ethical and diverse work environment.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote employee experience initiatives and gather feedback.
  14. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support employee experience initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the employee experience to attract and retain top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Or Organizational Culture Roles.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Developing And Implementing Employee Experience Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Experience In Change Management, Talent Management, And Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives Is Preferred.
