  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for BP, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, while monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  5. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide guidance and support to project teams.
  7. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  8. Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent BP in a professional and positive manner, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and community members.
  12. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in construction technology and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In The Energy Or Oil And Gas Industry

  • Knowledge Of Environmental And Safety Regulations Related To Construction Projects
