- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to promote BP's image and values globally.
- Create and execute effective communication plans to engage with customers, stakeholders, and communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.

- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all internal and external communications align with BP's values and messaging.
- Plan and manage budgets for brand and communication initiatives.
- Lead crisis communication efforts and develop contingency plans to protect BP's reputation.
- Mentor and develop team members to drive a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Actively participate in sustainability initiatives and integrate sustainability principles into all brand and communication efforts.
- Represent BP at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and messaging.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management And Communications Within A Corporate Environment.
Demonstrated Experience Developing And Implementing Successful Brand And Communication Strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Market Research And Data To Drive Business Decisions.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Manage External Agency Relationships.
