  1. Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities in the biofuels value chain.
  2. Stay current on biofuels regulations and policies and provide guidance to the team on compliance requirements.
  3. Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence regulatory policies and decisions that impact the biofuels business.
  4. Communicate and educate team members and relevant stakeholders on regulatory updates and changes.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential regulatory challenges.
  6. Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for the biofuels business.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regulatory compliance and strategy.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other external partners.
  11. Represent the company in regulatory meetings, hearings, and other events.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of regulatory strategies with overall business objectives.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for regulatory activities.
  14. Ensure all regulatory documents and submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to regulatory compliance and strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Biofuels Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Complex Regulatory Landscape Surrounding Biofuels, Including Policies, Laws, And Compliance Requirements At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.

  • Extensive Experience In Strategy Development: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Strategies For Biofuels Value Chains, Taking Into Account Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Constraints.
