  1. Oversee and manage the delivery of assets to support BP's operations.
  2. Lead and guide project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of assets.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage asset delivery.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of assets.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  9. Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and engineering, to facilitate efficient asset delivery.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve asset delivery processes.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and results.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall asset delivery process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Delivery Or Project Management Within The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team To Achieve Project Objectives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Regulations And Standards, As Well As Experience With Compliance And Regulatory Processes.
