Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Forecasting Techniques, Including Experience With Workforce Management Software.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
