Directs and coordinates the activities within the PC&L department. Deliver cost reductions to attain Plant financial targets, while administering the highest levels of Quality. Responsible to oversee that raw materials and components are available for production. Directs scheduling and shipping departments to ensure customer demands and expectation are met. Provide leadership, discipline, and support to ensure the highest level of safety, housekeeping(5S), and professionalism within the PC&L department. Meet/exceed targets for customer performance metrics. Directs all planning functions to ensure efficient, timely delivery of part. Ensure compliance with all related TS-16949 and ISO-14001 policies and procedures. Manage planning and inventory control activities for engineering changes, part revisions, launches and build-outs. Create, Verify, Implement & Sustain new processes while enhancing existing ones. Ensure inventory cost targets are met while developing action plans to reduce on hand inventory, in addition to attaining inventory accuracy.
