Compensation & Benefits Analyst

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will support the SVP HR, Director, Executive & Equity Compensation and Managers on the Compensation & Benefits Teams to provide analysis and insight on executive and broad -based compensation and benefit programs. Play lead role in collaborating with our HR colleagues across the Brands and with internal Booking Holdings partners to ensure efficient data collection and data management with respect to our short term (bonus) and long term (stock) incentives. Manage data collection and submission for third party compensation surveys; leverage survey results to provide analysis and make recommendations. Review current data management / reporting /analyses and make recommendations for change.
