Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Booking.com! In this role, you will lead a team of engineers to create innovative solutions that will help our customers across the globe plan and book their perfect vacation.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in managing and leading engineering teams, including experience in hiring and training new engineers. You should have a strong technical background in software development and a deep understanding of modern software development processes and tools. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach and a passion for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
