Global Category Manager - Payments

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and development of Booking.com's payment offerings.
2. Manage the overall performance of the payments category, including monitoring KPIs and analyzing performance data.
3. Lead the expansion of payment acceptance across all markets and channels.
4. Stay up-to-date with payments industry trends and payment system technology.
5. Research and evaluate new payment technologies and integrations.
6. Design and deliver processes and initiatives that will improve the customer experience.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful implementation of payment initiatives.
8. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new payment products.
9. Identify and address customer pain points related to payments.
10. Establish strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
