We’re on the hunt for a Finance Operations Manager to join our team and help us keep our business running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day financial operations across the organization. You’ll be a key player in setting and driving our financial strategy, while ensuring that our financial processes are running efficiently and effectively.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for making a real impact. You should also have a philosophy of continuous improvement, and be comfortable working with a variety of people, from senior leaders to junior team members.The ideal candidate will have:• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field• 5+ years of experience in a finance operations role• Excellent analytical skills and experience with financial systems• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy• Strong problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage financial operations across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies.
  3. Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  5. Monitor and report on financial performance.
  6. Prepare budget forecasts and reports.
  7. Develop and manage financial systems and processes.
  8. Provide financial advice and support to the organization.
  9. Liaise with senior leaders and junior team members.
  10. Identify and develop financial risk management strategies.
