Booking.com is looking for an experienced Director of Customer Service Service Management to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and highly organized professional who can take ownership of our customer service strategy and operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams, and the passion to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. To be successful in this role, the Director of Customer Service Service Management must possess: • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field • At least 8 years of experience in customer service management, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership position• Proven success in developing and executing customer service strategies • A deep understanding of customer service operations and technologies • The ability to analyze customer data and identify trends • A strong knowledge of customer service KPIs and metrics • Expertise in customer service process optimization • Outstanding leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you have the necessary qualifications and are passionate about customer experience, we would love to hear from you.
