
Director Customer Service Service Management
Booking.com is looking for an experienced Director of Customer Service Service Management to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and highly organized professional who can take ownership of our customer service strategy and operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams, and the passion to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
