Millwork Assembler

Boise Cascade is looking for an experienced Millwork Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for carpentry and excellent problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing millwork components.To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in carpentry and/or millwork. You must have a basic knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques, a willingness to learn, and the ability to read and interpret instructions. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the physical strength to lift and carry heavy objects. Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, install, and repair millwork components in accordance with safety protocols
2. Utilize woodworking tools and techniques to construct millwork components
3. Read and interpret instructions and diagrams to complete millwork projects
4. Ensure all millwork components are constructed and installed according to safety standards
5. Inspect millwork components for accuracy and completeness
6. Provide detailed documentation of millwork projects
7. Lift and move heavy objects in order to assemble millwork components
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
9. Work independently and in collaboration with other team members
10. Follow all safety protocols and regulations
