- Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all training materials.

Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Training And Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proficiency In Instructional Design Software, Such As Captivate Or Articulate, And Learning Management Systems (Lms).
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Ability To Design And Deliver Effective Training Programs For Diverse Audiences.
