  1. Develop and implement training compliance policies and procedures for the organization.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of training materials and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  3. Identify and assess potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with various teams to ensure all training materials and programs are up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Stay current on all industry regulations and standards related to training and make necessary updates to training materials and programs.
  6. Provide guidance and support to trainers and training coordinators to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training compliance activities.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in training compliance processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and agencies to ensure compliance with their requirements.
  10. Communicate training compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance regulations and standards.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on training compliance for the organization.
  13. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new training programs.
  14. Monitor and report on training compliance metrics to senior management.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline training compliance processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Training Roles, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Within The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Training And Compliance, Such As Osha, Faa, And Eeoc.

  • Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Training Software.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Issues.
