  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on metal fabrication equipment and tools.
  2. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and tools to identify any issues or malfunctions.
  3. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure efficient production flow.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

  7. Operate various hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repairs.

  • Knowledge Of Metal Fabrication Techniques: A Tooling Mechanic-Metal Fabrication At Boeing Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Various Metal Fabrication Processes Such As Cutting, Welding, Bending, And Forming.

  • Proficiency In Blueprint Reading: The Ability To Read And Interpret Engineering Blueprints And Technical Drawings Is Essential For A Tooling Mechanic-Metal Fabrication At Boeing. This Skill Is Necessary For Understanding The Dimensions, Tolerances, And Specifications Of The Metal Parts Being Fabricated.

  • Experience With Precision Measuring Tools: A Tooling Mechanic-Metal Fabrication Should Be Familiar With A Variety Of Precision Measuring Tools Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges. These Tools Are Used To Ensure The Accuracy And Quality Of The Fabricated Parts.
