  1. Develop and maintain test programs for various Boeing products to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to test programs and equipment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to existing test programs.
  4. Utilize engineering principles and industry standards to design and validate test procedures.
  5. Analyze and interpret test data to ensure accuracy and identify potential areas for improvement.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve test program efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into test programs.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all test program development and execution.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers in test program development and maintenance.
  10. Communicate test program status and results to stakeholders and provide recommendations for further action.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary test equipment and materials.
  12. Manage and maintain documentation related to test programs, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  13. Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and test requirements.
  14. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budgets for all test program activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Test Program Set Development For Avionics Or Aerospace Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Test Equipment, Such As Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, And Spectrum Analyzers.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Labview.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Rtca Do-160 And Mil-Std-461.
