
Test & Evaluation Engineer (MQ-25 Test Program Integrator) (Mid-Level or Senior)

- Collaborate with the Test Program Integration team to develop and execute test plans and procedures for the MQ-25 program.
- Utilize technical expertise and knowledge to identify potential issues and risks in test activities and provide solutions.
- Conduct and oversee test activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all test activities.
- Work closely with other engineering teams to understand system requirements and verify test results.
- Utilize innovative and efficient methods to improve test processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all test activities and results.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding test progress, issues, and results.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methods.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians within the team.
- Contribute to the overall success of the MQ-25 program by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on test results.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Test And Evaluation Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge Of Aircraft Systems And Components, Including Experience With Test Methods And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Project Management, Including Developing And Executing Test Plans, Managing Schedules And Budgets, And Reporting On Program Progress.
