Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Test Engineer At Boeing Is Expected To Have A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Concepts. A Degree In Engineering Will Provide The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Understand And Conduct Complex Tests.
Experience In Testing And Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Testing And Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Testing Methodologies And Their Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Problems.
Familiarity With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations: Boeing Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And Test Engineers Must Be Familiar With Relevant Standards And Regulations Such As Faa Regulations, Mil-Stds, And As9100. This Knowledge Is Essential To Ensure Compliance And Meet Safety And Quality Standards.
