  1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
  2. Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  3. Source and procure materials and goods at the best possible price while maintaining quality standards.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess inventory.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business goals.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to supply chain management.
  8. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  9. Monitor and track supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and logistics to continuously improve processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
  13. Take a proactive approach to identify and implement innovative solutions for supply chain challenges.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis, Forecasting, And Inventory Management.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Best Practices And Industry Trends, Particularly In The Aerospace And Defense Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
