  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and supplier performance metrics
  • Review and evaluate supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize inventory management and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
  • Utilize data and metrics to forecast demand and anticipate supply chain disruptions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as shortages or delays, and develop contingency plans
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and address any concerns or issues
  • Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to develop their skills and knowledge in supply chain management
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably Within The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
