  11. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Supply Chain Optimization Techniques.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Cost-Saving Solutions.
