  1. Analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-savings, and risk mitigation.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate supply chain needs and challenges.
  4. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
  5. Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
  6. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain documentation and records.
  9. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in supply chain management.
  10. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  12. Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships.
  15. Collaborate with logistics and inventory management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
  16. Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts for supply chain operations.
  17. Maintain a strong understanding of Boeing's products, services, and supply chain network.
  18. Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain processes and provide guidance to other team members.
  19. Continuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive innovation within the organization.
  20. Uphold Boeing's standards of safety, integrity, and quality in all supply chain activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Supply Chain Software Such As Sap And Oracle.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Best Practices And Regulations, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
