  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products and services.
  2. Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes.
  3. Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  4. Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
  5. Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes.
  7. Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.
  8. Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues or production delays in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.
  10. Support new product development by identifying and qualifying potential new suppliers.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, contracts, and performance data.
  12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management.
  14. Participate in supply chain improvement projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
  15. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a strong and capable supply chain team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Base Management Or Procurement Within The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles, Including Sourcing, Supplier Evaluation, And Contract Negotiation.

  • Experience With Supplier Relationship Management And The Ability To Develop And Maintain Strong Partnerships With Suppliers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
