  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Manage program schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  3. Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and facilitate regular meetings and communication.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination with supplier management strategies.
  6. Conduct supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier management to drive innovation and efficiency.
  10. Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports on supplier performance and program status to management.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  13. Mentor and train junior supplier management staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, quality, and engineering, to support overall company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Management Or Procurement, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiation, And Contract Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Projects To Completion.
