  • Experience With Aircraft Structures: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Aircraft Structures, Including Familiarity With Various Types Of Aircraft And Their Components. This Includes Knowledge Of Repair Procedures And Standards Specific To Boeing Aircraft.

  • Attention To Detail: A High Level Of Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Structural Repair Technician. This Role Involves Identifying And Repairing Small Structural Defects That Could Have Significant Impacts On Aircraft Safety And Performance.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings: Structural Repair Technicians Must Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications To Determine The Appropriate Repair Methods And Materials. This Requires A Strong Understanding Of Engineering Principles And The Ability To Work With Complex Diagrams And Schematics.
