- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex structural issues.
- Continuously monitor and assess structural performance and provide recommendations for improvements or modifications.
- Review and analyze technical reports and data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on structural feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to structural analysis and ensure compliance in all projects.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure project goals are met.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on structural analysis techniques and best practices.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of analysis results, methods, and assumptions for future reference and auditing purposes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Or Structural Engineering
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Structural Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Structural Analysis Software Such As Ansys, Msc Nastran, Or Abaqus
Experience With Finite Element Analysis (Fea) And Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Tools
Strong Understanding Of Aircraft Structures And Materials, Including Metallic And Composite Materials, And Their Behavior Under Different Loading Conditions
