  5. Work closely with design engineers to provide recommendations and make design modifications based on analysis findings.
  6. Develop and maintain structural analysis models and simulations to accurately predict the behavior of aircraft structures under various loading conditions.
  7. Perform structural testing and validation to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including engineering teams, management, and customers.
  9. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical expertise to support the decision-making process.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their technical skills and knowledge in structural analysis.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of analysis processes, results, and conclusions.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot structural issues during the development and testing phases of projects.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure that all structural components meet performance and safety requirements.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in structural analysis processes and deliverables.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize structural analysis methods and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Or Mechanical Engineering: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles Is Essential For A Structural Analysis Engineer At Boeing. A Bachelor's Degree In Either Civil Or Mechanical Engineering Provides The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills For This Role.

  • Proficiency In Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software: As A Structural Analysis Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Creating And Analyzing Computer Models Of Aircraft Structures. Therefore, Proficiency In Fea Software, Such As Ansys Or Abaqus, Is A Crucial Qualification For This Job.

  • Experience In Structural Design And Analysis: Boeing Requires Its Structural Analysis Engineers To Have A Solid Background In Structural Design And Analysis. This Includes Knowledge Of Structural Mechanics, Material Properties, And Load Analysis.
