Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Knowledge And Proficiency In Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum.
Experience Working In The Aerospace Or Aviation Industry, With A Good Understanding Of The Complex Systems And Regulatory Requirements.
