  1. Conduct simulator training sessions for pilots using Boeing's advanced flight simulators.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for various Boeing aircrafts.
  3. Create lesson plans and training materials that align with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Provide expert guidance and feedback to pilots during simulator training sessions.
  5. Stay updated on new aircraft systems, technologies, and procedures to ensure accurate and effective training.
  6. Collaborate with other instructors and aviation professionals to continuously improve training programs.
  7. Mentor and coach junior flight instructors to improve their instructional skills and knowledge.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the progress of pilots during training sessions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Conduct assessments and evaluations of pilots to determine their readiness for real-world flights.
  10. Communicate effectively with pilots, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth training process.
  11. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during training sessions.
  12. Continuously review and update training materials to reflect any changes in aircraft systems or regulations.
  13. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and pilot progress.
  14. Collaborate with the Boeing team to develop new training strategies and techniques.
  15. Represent Boeing in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As A Flight Instructor, Preferably With A Significant Portion As A Senior Instructor Or Check Airman.

  • Faa Certification: Must Hold A Current Faa Flight Instructor Certificate With Instrument And Multi-Engine Ratings, And Have A Current Faa Class 1 Medical Certificate.

  • Simulator Expertise: Extensive Experience As A Simulator Flight Instructor, With A Thorough Understanding Of Simulator Systems And Operations.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Mentor Other Instructors, As Well As The Ability To Work Well Within A Team Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Boeing Aircraft: In-Depth Knowledge Of Boeing Aircraft Systems And Procedures, As Well As A Thorough Understanding Of Boeing Flight Training Programs.
