- Develop and manage simulation requirements for Boeing's aerospace engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure simulation requirements align with overall project goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development and management of simulation requirements
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement in simulation systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in simulation technology to inform and enhance requirements development
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of simulation requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting simulation requirements to senior management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure proper integration of simulation systems and components
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of simulation systems to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in simulation systems and work towards timely resolution
- Continuously evaluate and improve simulation requirements processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Simulation Or Systems Engineering.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Simulation Development, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Simulation Tools And Techniques, Such As Monte Carlo Analysis And Discrete Event Simulation.
Proven Experience In Requirements Management, Including Writing, Validating, And Tracing Requirements Throughout The Development Process.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Complex Technical Information To Stakeholders.
