Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of Quality Systems Specialists to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.
  3. Conduct thorough quality audits to identify and address any potential issues or non-conformities.
  4. Implement corrective and preventative actions to improve processes and prevent future quality issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

  7. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary updates to quality systems.
  8. Provide guidance and support to other departments on quality-related matters.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  10. Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management.
  11. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation plans.
  12. Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on quality systems and processes for the aerospace industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Systems Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Quality Management, Or Aerospace.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.

  • Experience In Leading And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives And Conducting Audits.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Technical Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
