  8. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets company standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in quality control and production processes, implementing new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the production team, promoting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Production Management In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Control Principles And Methods, Including Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Techniques.

  • Previous Experience Leading And Conducting Investigations Into Production Issues And Implementing Solutions.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
