  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  2. Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  3. Lead a team of quality control technicians and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
  4. Conduct regular audits of production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  6. Analyze data and generate reports to track quality metrics and identify trends for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and ensure compliance within the organization.
  8. Train and educate production staff on quality control processes and procedures.
  9. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
  11. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for all materials and components.
  12. Implement and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
  13. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product design meets quality standards and specifications.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on quality-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Production Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.

  • Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Procedures, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Improvements.

  • Experience With Quality Inspection Techniques And Tools, Including Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Quality Production Specialists.
