  1. Lead and manage the product security engineering team to ensure the successful execution of the department's goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the field of cybersecurity.
  3. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any talent gaps within the product security engineering team.
  5. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in cybersecurity to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to support recruitment efforts and stay connected with the cybersecurity community.
  7. Continuously assess and improve the team's performance, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  8. Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the team's technical expertise and knowledge.

  11. Represent the company and the product security engineering team in meetings, conferences, and other industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Security Engineering And/Or Leadership Roles.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Product Security.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Technical Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Product Security Programs In A Large, Complex Organization.
