Senior Manager of Internal Audit

The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of the internal audit function and a strong track record of providing innovative solutions to complex auditing challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure quality and integrity in the company’s operations.The Senior Manager of Internal Audit will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of comprehensive, risk-based internal audit programs, as well as managing the execution of all internal audit activities. The Senior Manager of Internal Audit will work closely with the Chief Audit Executive to ensure that all activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the organization’s internal policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of audit experience in a leadership position, preferably within the aerospace industry. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills, as well as a proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
