As a Senior Loads & Dynamics Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of new aircrafts and the continuous improvement of our existing fleet.   1. Utilize expertise in loads and dynamics to design, test, and analyze aircraft structures.
  2. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircrafts through thorough analysis and testing.
  3. Play a critical role in the development of new aircrafts and continuous improvement of existing fleet.
  4. Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate loads and dynamics requirements into the overall aircraft design.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry developments in loads and dynamics to continuously improve and innovate our aircrafts.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports related to loads and dynamics.
  7. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the loads and dynamics team.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide technical support and recommendations.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing, and certification, to ensure successful implementation of loads and dynamics requirements.
  10. Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to loads and dynamics, and provide solutions to ensure timely and efficient aircraft delivery.
  11. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations related to loads and dynamics.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in aircraft structures and provide recommendations.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates on loads and dynamics progress and any potential risks.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of components related to loads and dynamics.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies related to loads and dynamics.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Aircraft Loads And Dynamics Analysis: This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Structural Dynamics, Aerodynamics, And Flight Mechanics, As Well As Proficiency In Relevant Software Tools Such As Nastran, Msc Adams, And Matlab.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Senior Loads & Dynamics Engineer Should Be Well-Versed In Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa Regulations And Mil-Stds, And Be Able To Apply Them Effectively In Their Analysis Work.

  • Advanced Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Master's Or Phd Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Senior Loads & Dynamics Engineer Position At Boeing.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Mentor Junior Engineers, As Well As Manage Complex Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities: The Senior Loads & Dynamics Engineer Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Aerodynamics, Structures, And Flight Test, And Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With These Teams To Achieve Project Goals.
